This service includes adding an additional door handle, installed at 54" or higher on an exterior door. We offer a variety of finishes to match your existing hardware.

 Pool barrier alarms are another layer of added protection for doors with access to the pool. This alarm meets the code requirements for the UL 2017 Listed. 

 Spring hinges are installed on exterior doors/garage service doors.  This hinge allows the door to self close.  We offer a variety of finishes to match your existing hardware.  

Self closing devices can be installed on most sliding doors including multi slide doors up to 10 ft. tall. The Slideback is an automatic sliding door closer. It works using pneumatic technology to give it soft and effortless glide.  It can be used for a variety of sliding doors that includes interior doors as well as sliding patio doors.  It can also be disabled easily without any tools.  The Latchback is a two way sliding patio door latch that was invented as
a safety measure to prevent young children from exiting a
sliding patio door and entering a pool area. The Latchback is installed 54″ above the floor, and can be disengaged when children are not present.  It is also intended to be used as a protective measure for special needs persons that are flight risks,
such as people with Autism, sleepwalkers, and adults with
dementia.  Available in colors white or black .
